Dress, Ivory, short sleeve, with upward darts at waist and large lapels attached to large pointed collar. Most likely from the 1930's. Interesting snaps on inside collar where something was hung in front; at some point shortened. Hemmed at bottom, (probably in 1940s when hem lines went up). Dress maker hand made. USA?
