Sticker on interior lampshade reads "Underwriters' Laboratories, Inc. ® Listed Portable Lamp Issue No. 79, 684". Another small sticker just above lamp base reads, "Union Made: International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers; Reg. U.S. Patent Off. F47207664". Blue diamond sticker on other side that reads, "Luxo Lamp".
