DESCRIPTION
- Abstract
- The second binder contains various lists of words which are identified as having male or female connotations. The same binder also contains notes on sexual meanings particular to San Juan Pueblo. It also contains nine pages of notes taken from The Kinsey Report, MC found relevant to American Indian males. This is followed by MC notes on Kokopeli and it includes two letters between Alice Marriott and Chabot, Feb. 19, 1958 & Feb. 21, 1958, concerning the subject. There also some tracings of Kokopeli designs and a spiral notebook on the subject. This is followed by MC notes on deer symbolism, which includes another letter from Chabot to Alice Marriott, April 16, 1958, on the subject. Notes and a notebook on various other sexual symbols follow. Notes on; grammatical gender of words, San Juan Pueblo, "The Kinsey Report" and deer symbolism.
